Strengthen Your Weaknesses

Our weaknesses sometimes make us want to give up. It discourages us to move on and be more fruitful. Sometimes it also becomes a fatal killer to our hopes for success.

There is no man in the world that has no weakness. All of us have our own blind spots. If we are not careful with it we will surely be in great trouble.

Lucky for those who are knowledgeable of whom they are and know their limits, they can adjust easily. For those who are short for example compensates their loss of height through being smart.

In psychology, such phenomenon is called defense mechanism or t o be specific, compensation. Using what they are lacking of and turn them in to their strength is a very good definition of it.

Defense mechanism is a psychological response but we can manage to conjure it granting that we acknowledge our weaknesses. If we are honest enough to accept our vulnerability, we will have a chance to win over it.


Strengthening our weaknesses is just like Minnesota fitness training. It’s just like getting rid of fats to make our bodies look good and be attractive and healthy. It’s hitting 3 birds with one stone.

As fitness training does this, being able to locate, asses and manage our weaknesses will also have the same effect. Our loop holes will become our source of power.

For it to happen, I have a few advices, accept your weakness. Never deny the fact that you have vulnerabilities. After you have made that move, your choices of strengthening tem will grow in numbers. Do not be afraid to gamble at times, it will make you much better later on.
